A Fusion of Past and Present in Packaging Design

Typography, inspired by these architectural styles, was chosen as the leading component of the design. The approachable upright script type treatment, paired with art deco illustrations, brings a modern feel to the packaging. A fresh color palette further enhances this contemporary personality, making the product line stand out on the shelves.

One of the unique properties of this design is its ability to communicate the brand's tradition and distinct taste. T&M Liquor Company prides itself on selling high-quality Rum, Vodka, and Gin, and this new product line is no exception. The design of the labels was a challenge, as they had to convey the typography and illustrations both individually and collectively. However, the result is a cohesive and engaging design that effectively communicates the brand's values.

The packaging design project was not without its challenges. Balancing the elements of the past and present, and ensuring the labels communicated the design effectively, required a broad spectrum of research into different types of architecture. However, the end product is a testament to the designer's ability to overcome these challenges and create a design that is both visually appealing and representative of the brand's identity.

The TM Liquor Packaging design was recognized for its creativity and professional excellence, winning the Silver A' Packaging Design Award in 2018.
